What’s On in September
Wednesday 9th September, 10am -7pm
A Day of Prayer at St Stephen’s: part of the Global Week of Prayer, the day will start at 10am and finish at 7pm which will give time for those at work to join us at the end of the day. We will end with communion which will start at 6.30pm.
There will be some structure to the day: some gentle music, some guided prayers at different points and plenty of time to be quiet and focus on God. Think Prayer Spaces in Schools as there will be different prayer stations with activities designed to help us connect with God.
Everyone is welcome to come and pop in for as long or as short a time as you want to, so do come as you can and invite anyone else who is interested. If you can’t make it but want to take part in the Global week of prayer, you can visit High Street Methodist Church in Witney where the churches in Witney are combining to provide a prayer space Mon 7th to Friday 11th Sep 9am to 9pm except on Tuesday when it is 9am to 5pm https://www.witney.church
